The World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI), proudly presented the WBAF Grand Assembly Excellence Awards 2025, one of the Forum’s most distinguished recognitions honouring exceptional achievement, innovation, and leadership across the global entrepreneurial ecosystem.
This year’s awardees were honoured through a two-stage ceremonial programme reflecting the prestige of the awards. On 7 December 2025, the recipients received their awards during an exclusive Chairman’s Reception at Maison Altuntaş, hosted by Baybars Altuntas, Executive Chairman of WBAF, in recognition of their outstanding global contributions. The awardees were then officially celebrated and promoted on stage on 8 December 2025 during the VIP Gala Dinner of the WBAF 2025 Grand Assembly, held at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, in front of global leaders, investors, policymakers, and entrepreneurs from more than 30 countries.
The WBAF Grand Assembly Excellence Awards spotlight individuals and institutions whose work transcends borders and sectors, creating measurable impact in financial inclusion, women’s empowerment, innovation, venture investment, and sustainable economic development. Each award reflects WBAF’s mission to advance inclusive entrepreneurship and responsible investment worldwide.
